my clip studio paint is messed up so have some crappy MS paint drawings of Prisma (new OC)
some animals from the permian and mesozoic exist in the mother world in the modern day, by the way. there used to be more a few thousand years ago, but there's a few left. there aren't really any permian ones on the mainland, just on scattered islands to the west.
also, it's not unheard of for giant pterosaurs, which mainly migrate between islands in the distant ocean, to venture far enough to land on the coast of the continent- where they sometimes snatch people up. the only pterosaurs that live full-time on the mainland are medium-sized ones that are more like eagles than anything.
there's also a semi-aquatic dryosaur that lives somewhat like a blend between a duck and an otter, which has been domesticated in the north.
no idea how many of these I have or haven't posted but this is the world that WfW takes place in
