Can we agree that Hans' brothers would not survive Anna?
Like - the minute she'd see how they treat him, they would be dead. She would take them out, she would kick them into the stratosphere, she would chew them and spit them out. Their first insult aimed at Hans in her presence would be their last - after that, they wouldn't even dare to look at him funny. Anna is a force of nature when it comes to the people she loves. And she would not be scared to stand up for her fiancé.
Which makes Hans' choices double tragic. He could really have someone in his corner - and he ruined it.
