Packs dont have alphas or anything like that. They match the structure of their animal counterparts - and the alpha thing is outdated research that only applies to wolves in captivity. Werewolf packs look more like family systems than a structured hierarchy. And of course, each group looks different for each type of were-canid. I could make a whole entire post on this, and probably will in the future. Ill need to make sure my own research is up to date lol and thats more effort than i want to put in rn

That being said, mixed species groups do exist and what they look like depends on the group. Theyve become increasingly more common over time, though there are some that disapprove of such groups
