"Ryu" Chiyong Roh based in the Greater Seattle Area, but he has moved in several of his victims from other states across the country to Washington state to start or continue their romantic relationships.

In reality, this was also in service of displacing them from their loved ones and support systems back home and further his proximity and control over their lives.

Even if you don't live Seattle, it's possible he still might to try to talk to you or someone you know anonymously online to get them into a relationship, sexually harass them or otherwise abuse them. It's also possible he might try continue to attempt to bring people to Washington to live with them.

Also I have seen people outside of the USA get abused and harassed by him online, so it's a good idea overall to protect each other and spread these posts and the word about him.

So anyone who lives in the USA can share these posts to prevent him from abusing and displacing more people and anyone who lives outside of the USA can still help spread the word to keep people on and offline safe.

I just want to update people about what's happening legally with Chiyong/Ryu Roh. He was arrested in 2/6/2026 after assaulting his mother in front of his stepdaughter.

He was charged with Assault in the 4th Degree DV and Exposing a Child to Domestic Violence on 4/2/26.

He now has a bench warrant in Lynnwood because of him missing his Arraignment hearing and it's affecting his other DV case where he was arrested for assaulting one of his partners in front of their baby.

He's still free and I dont know how these cases will play out, but I'll keep people updated here, on X, and Instagram.

Be warned of Chiyong/Ryu Roh! He lives in the Seattle area and he's a serial abuser, rapist, stalker, and pedophile. He also goes by Kyle/Brassy/Nadeshiko, especially online.

He runs an hate page on instagram to get back at his ex for warning people about his abuse. He uses his infant daughter to garner support and sympathy.

Ryu has a long legal history of Domestic Violence and Harassment, he's been arrested several times for such charges. He has a DV conviction from 2022 too.

He has been systematically abusing people since he was a teenager and comes from a very wealthy background. He likes to infiltrate online spaces and leftist/activist spaces to find new victims.

So last month, on November 13th, Ryu/Chiyong Roh got arrested by the police for Assault - Domestic Violence and Exposing a Child to Domestic Violence. Above is a screenshot of his booking details from Snohomish County jail roster.

He was released from jail on bond the next day and has an ongoing court case related to the charges. He's still out there abusing his romantic partners and exposing children to an unsafe and abusive environment.

He might be going as Kyle on dating apps too right now. Below is a picture of him in his Bumble profile.

He's also now 32, still 6'4" (195 cm), East Asian man, and wears glasses. That's all the updates I have of him.

This is the most recent story/update published from the Instagram account and Facebook page, it was published back in April 2023.

So there isn't much to update people on when it comes to Ryu (legal first name: Chi Yong) Roh as of 2024. He hasn't been arrested since October 31st, 2023 and was released shortly afterwards. So as of now, he's free to my knowledge.

He just got off of a 24 month long probation this month, people were informed on the instagram and Facebook account that his probation ended on February 2023, but this information is based off of the initial resolution of the case that put him on probation.

He got arrested again during his probation in August 2022 and his initial SOC turned into the judge finding him guilty and convicting him of DV in October 2022, however the judge used an extended probation as an alternative sentence to jail time due to other incidents and factors influencing her judgment.

Since charges weren't pressed against him in October 2023, it seems that arrest didn't count as a violation to his extended probation.
