As a rule of thumb, as long as less is both sufficient and efficient, less is more. • • I read a wonderful self-help book a while back called “Do Less, Get More” by Shaa Wasmund. The best piece of advice I can remember from this book is to divide up the tasks on your to do list - “Ditch it, Delegate it, Do it”. We lead busy lives and often we complicate tasks that don’t need to be complicated. Sometimes we need to relinquish control and trust others around us. Simplify your day and simplify your life.
