I've been on "No sugars, sweets, wheat, rice and potatoes" diet since Monday and I thought I will keep this month as a diet month like this. I'm curious to see how much I can lose weight with this diet in a month :D
I also try to move some. Do little exercises each day as well as walk on my treadmill for 30min. I would like to walk more but since I haven't move almost at all in 10-12 years, I'm in bad shape (ashamed to admit that). I'm soaked in sweat within 10 minutes :'D But it feels GOOD! First 10 minutes are pain in the ass, yes, but then as I get closer to 30 minutes, I feel good and I just want to keep walking other 30 minutes more. However, there's an issue. While my body still would like to keep walking, it also starts to get out of energy so I don't want to push myself too hard & too far which actually could backfire as some kind of injury (in worst case). Better slow and safe than rush and get hurt.
Tomorrow I will go to this big city with mother and I know I will be tested by sweets :'D Tho, I have seen horribly much sweet commercials on TV and when my mind / body has start to go even slightly: "Hm, chocolate..." I instantly tell it: "No."
So far it's been working, ahaha! Anyway, if all goes well, I might keep on going on this diet until I've lost enough weight. I aim to somewhere between 70-75 kilos. I should go for 60-65 kilos but I don't want to get too skinny. I want to have some shapes in the end.
