I am in general more sex negative than positive on this blog, and I do have some radical feminist positions. To me sex negative does not mean 'shame woman for having sex/call her a slut.' It means be critical of how sex is used to exploit and harm others. To come at it from a critical perspective instead of like unconditional positive regard.
I don't necessarily throw "the whole movement" out - if it's safe, sane and consensual between adults then I don't judge the participants - insofar as I can determine that one is not predating on the other. We can still turn a sharp eye to the way that abusers use "progressive" language to try and slip past
