Ingredients: 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Evenly distribute the pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with dried oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
