Week 19, day 1
I’ve been stuck around 95 kg (209.4 lbs) for the past three weeks, so it’s great to finally see some progress again! I’ve also hit my second goal of getting my BMI below 30. I’m no longer in the obese range, just overweight now! That’s fantastic news. Next goal: under 90 kg (198.4 lbs)!
