Where I’m from there are far more single parent house holds and mother and father co-parenting. The words baby momma and baby daddy are more of the lingo than husband and wife. I came from a single parent house hold, it’s pretty much what I’ve seen my entire upbringing. This was more than just marrying my best friend and celebrating with friends and family. It was more for my daughters to see what it’s like to come together in unity. It was more for my daughters to see what it’s like to have a man commit to his Queen. It was more for my daughters to know what to find in a man! It was more for my daughters to see marriage and want marriage in the future. It was more for my daughters to see the foundation we are building. I don’t know much about marriage and I know this journey wont be easy, but I’m excited to be a husband to my wife and a leader to my family. I’m excited to be wearing a ring that symbolize unity and togetherness. I’m excited to be doing the extraordinary instead of what I am use to!! I’m excited to be getting out of my comfort zone because this is where I grow!! I promise to my family, I will choose love and wisdom when times gets hard! I love my 3 brown skin girls.
