OK UMM. soo first obviously his name is Weatherman in this au, and instead of being the janitor at the start hes the HR department. crazy i know. SDN has that now

the best way i can describe his personality is Tommy Bowe's portrayal of Ripleys Believe It Or Not if that makes sense? hes fun and weird and he talks way too much

THATS THE NEXT THING ACTUALLY instead of the stutter thing he has in the actual game/original universe thing he just keeeeeeps talking on and on and on but he highkey doesnt think its an issue

his powers are a little bit different in this? he still has that wet thing going on but hes not limited to spitting out his water and he can do cloud stuff too!! not sure if i wanna add electricity/lightning to that but it seems fun!

he can still join your team in this, but its more of a him "offering to monitor" on his part than a "give him a chance", but he's apart of it nonetheless! in the final battle if you didnt choose him, he'll join automatically in a sense? instead of robert approaching him and asking him to join he walks up behind the dude and goes "yeeesh thats a lot of alerts! im going in and theres nothing you can do about it"
