Well I hope not because it’s not fair! Because asexuals deserve representation too, and I mean JUST Assexuals. Because every time someone shows that they are averse to sex or romance, they immediately get classified as aroace, when asexual and aromantic people exist too and we want our voices to be heard. We want people to KNOW that we exist. That we are here too.

Do I believe that Alastor will get into a romantic relationship? Probably not. 💀 But if does, I’ll be thrilled in some way. Because he’s been confirmed Ace and only Ace, and some people just can’t accept that label.

He is not! 💀 Bro is ridiculously touchy with people he likes. Alastor is people averse if anything, and I like to believe that he can fall in love with people, he just doesn’t desire them sexually.

It’s like how Prospero from Nevermore was confirmed Aromantic and everyone started calling him AroAce King. Like, noooo?! Aromantic people deserve rep too. They’re so little that autocorrect keeps trying to erase them.

Do I think Prospero can get into a sexual relationship? Maybe not. 💀 He’s one of the most touch averse people in the verse that it looks like he’d rather die than get naked in a touchy feely kind of way, but he’s still only classified as just aromantic. Let him be aromantic.

Or how everyone was like “Pei Ming is rolling with the LGBT”. Pei Ming IS the LGBT. He’s an aromantic straight/bisexual man. It’s not commitment issues, it’s lack of romantic attachment. And we know this because he pays child support. He pays so much child support that his descendants form an entire kingdom. His most cherished relationships are his PLATONIC friends Shi Wudu and Ling Wen, because that’s the kind of attachment that matters more to him. He’s a Casanova that loves having sex but he can’t give more than just sex. He’s Aromantic. But I see very few people identifying that, because it always has to be Aro and Ace, erasing the people who struggle because they are just one.

Asexuals who want romance but know they’ll be shunned because they have no sex.

Aromantics who feel hollow because all they can give is sex but they can’t form romantic attachments to the people who will love them.
