#Noctis progress :) He has a pleated dress shirt but looking at the artwork alone you won't see that it is only partial. In game you have the ability to remove the coat to see the actual full shirt :) Everything is/will be finished with Hong Kong seams and all valley pleats are edge stitched on the underside.
