Two men connected to shootings at separate graduation ceremonies in the Twin Cities in recent weeks are now facing federal charges. Wayzata has announced the official appointment of Jamie Baker as the city’s next police chief, effective June 1. Serving as interim police chief for the past six months, Baker has been in law enforcement since 1996.
