This lady right here is incredibly proud of herself. Since December I've lost about 34lbs, and I've managed to keep it off. I'm pretty sure my success in this has to do with pretty much giving up fast food. Which is huge for me. I still refuse to deprive myself of things (I'm never giving up nachos...or french fries) I just try to limit those items.
