â Baby It's Cold Outside â
âItâs not December! Once December hits, itâs appropriate to put up decorations. Anything before that then youâre just rushing the holidays.â Dante hated seeing the stores all decked out in candy canes and snow in the middle of October. At least Elias waited after Thanksgiving to take the box out.
âDarling,â Elias only just set the box on the dining table, he could already see Danteâs suspiciously moving toward it. âDonât be a Grinch.â He chuckled lightly, took Danteâs hand before it could reach toward the decoration box. He pulled the man toward the centre of the living room and whirled their bodies together with a spin. With a slight push of his magic, the decorations began to fly out from the box by itself. Not only the single box Elias took out, but the others too. The garlands, the ornaments, the wreaths, the shiny brites...All danced around the room along with the Demi-god and the Wizard and found their own places to settle.
With a grin and a cheeky wink, the phonograph began to play âBaby It's Cold Outsideâ under Eliasâ magical command. He pulled Dante closer, made sure there was no escape for the Demi-god as the remained Chrismas decoration continued to dance around them.
âOh! so there's my Christmas Star collection. I have been wondering where I put them...â Elias said with amusement as the Christmas Stars flew past between their faces and floated up to the ceiling. Elias made another chuckle, returned his attention to how beautiful Danteâs eyes were in such close distance.
âOh, beautiful whatâs your hurry?â He began to sing along the music, âListen to the fireplace roar.â The fireplace lit up as he sang the line, filled the room with a warm glow and cast shadows on the two men as they moved with the music. âBeautiful please don't hurry... Put some records on while I pour?â
Of course, a bottle of champagne made its way out of the opened fridge followed by Eliasâ voice, two champagne glasses danced next to it as the bottle poured itself over and filled the glasses while Elias continued to sing.
âLook out the window at that storm- Gosh your lips look delicious...Waves upon the tropical shore- Gosh your lips are delicious!"
