Приглашаю тебя на необычный эксперимент: 3 сессии, 4 стихии!
Первая сессия - Вода. При формировании, первое, что ощущает зародыш - вода, она поддерживает, качает, окутывает его. На первой сессии ты будешь находиться на поверхности воды, будешь ощущать заботливые руки и мягкие движения. Это будет WATSU - массаж и растяжки в тёплой воде.
Вторая сессия - Земля. Она про твои границы и тело, про опору, про земные ощущения. Это будем массаж. Авторский массаж на основе тайского, аюрведического и мексиканского ребозо. Мы поработаем с твоим телом, найдём где больно и расслабим. От пяток и до кончиков волос ты ощутишь полностью себя.
Третья сессия - Воздух. Это Waterdance. Танец твоего тела под водой с глубокими вдохами и выдохами. Основное внимание направлено на дыхание. Возможно ты ощутишь впервые как глубоко можно вдохнуть, словно это будет твой первый вдох при рождении. Тело будет плавное и текучее, руки терапевта закружат и перевернут вниз головой, дадут импульс к твоим собственным движениям, к твоему танцу жизни!
Огонь - энергия жизни! То, что прорастет и начнёт разжигаться с новой силой самостоятельно с помощью твоих ресурсов. А я увижу это в твоих глазах!
