For some MOTIVATION-MONDAY I figured I'd challenge all my lovely followers to get 80% of their body weight (in oz) of water PER day this entire week and then let me know how you feel!!!
One of my clients has been getting down on herself over the scale not budging and feeling bloated so I challenged her to drink 1 gallon of water a day for 2 weeks - guess what? She felt WAYYY better. She was in a caloric deficit, weight training 3x/week, sleeping 8 hrs, and cardio 2x/week so I figured her hydration levels were off and re-took some inches and her stomach/waist went down from the bloating.

If you're someone who drinks a lot of sugary drinks and not enough water try this challenge out !
For 30 DAYS you must drink only water all day and drink at least 1 L of water a day.
But for people like me who crave sugar like air (lol) you are allowed ONE glass or ONE bottle of what ever sugary drink you desire a day.
