mostly just a test with water doesn't look the best but here cause I don't really know when ill update next so have some art and for all of you I have changed possessed look so here's his 14 year old self for all of you. PLEASE DO NOT REPOST OR RE SHADE WITHOUT PERMITION also he belongs to me :3

I did at least seven (7) science today!

I've had my tank technically set up for almost a month now. It's very clear (ha ha) that my driftwood was completely untreated when I got it. Soaked it for a week in very hot water before putting it in, and I've done a ton of (~20%) water changes but it's still releasing tannins like crazy. I mean, I'm going to house (hopefully) Amano shrimps and a betta, so they won't care that the water is very dark, but I'd like to, yanno, see them well. Haha. Going to go buy plants soon. There's a few LFS and I'm really eager to visit them all and get things how I want them. I'll wait a week or two before adding the shrimp and another week or two after that to get a betta. And yep, I can definitely rehome either shrimp or betta if the arrangement doesn't work out, so no worries.
