It depends if you are recommending the movies for others to watch. You can just note on the post you haven't seen the movie, yet. Then update that post if you liked it.
Itâs more of a blog for cataloguing my movie history rather than recommending them to others. Hopefully the posts would be enough to draw people to the film.
I might add something like #inmywatchlist to the tags so people know Iâve not seen the film yet. Or maybe link my letterboxd reviews/ratings to those I have seen.
I never queue. I'm very sorry. Please don't hate me. Your blog is awesome.
Woah woah, wait a sec. Why would I ever hate you for not using queue? I love you like I love anyone who takes time out of their day to look at my humble blog. Using queue is totally a preference, mang, if you donât feel like using it Iâm not gonna have a vendetta against you or anything.
Personally, I think the queue tool is amazing! But if you donât want to to use it for whatever reason, thatâs equally as cool. Believe me, I follow many, many blogs and only about 5-10% of them actually queue.
The only thing I ever worry about is blogs that are unaware of the tools available to them. Sometimes blogs (especially ones new to tumblr) don't look into what it really is, and I think that puts them at a disadvantage as bloggers. The only thing I advocate is education, since god knows staff isn't going to teach anyone how to use this site.
Hell, the schedule feature is as equally ignored imo, if not more, but I donât use it that much because it doesnât appeal to me and my blogâs tastes.
I'm sorry, it's not my intention to scare or concern people with my opinions, I'm definitely not here to tell you how to run your blog or anyone's for that matter, I'm not the kind of person who normally cares, I promise.
