Out of all warframes in the "support" tab Temple is the only one with no defensive support tool. Like: Dante generates million overguard, Citrine gives damage reduction, Octavia gives invisibility, Harrow heals and gives temporary invulnerability, Protea and Styanax give shields, Wisp has health motes, Sirius has light's sanctuary (no matter how underwhelming it is), Equinox has mend, then Oberon, Jade and Trinity have like fifteen layers of protection to give...
"oh but Trinity is fully defensive support, we can have a fully offensive support on the other end". Yes, sure as hell we can. But we got an augment recently, didn't we? A defensive augment, for a warframe that already is basically unkillable. But does it affect allies maybe? No. It does not. It's convenient and all that, but standing out there as the only player not smeared across the floor by toxin damage is not very fun.
This will sound absolutely evil, but I guess gameplay of "everyone except you is fucking dead" at least matches Flare's backstory...? I just kinda wish that the augment, you know, mod that changes your gameplay, changed that specific thing.
I will keep complaining about Rhythm Guard being a "selfish" buff, have been doing it in various places since we got it, will do it until DE changes this to affect allies in affinity range. Or until it gets to the point of feeling completely futile and exhausting.
