Wallie is half minion, half human—but how is that possible, you might ask? The answer is simple: his mother is human, and his father is a minion.

It all began when his parents, Jojo and Mel, decided they wanted to have a child of their own. However, they had no idea how to make that happen. Unsure of what to do, they turned to the most brilliant mind they knew—the mad scientist, master inventor, vinyl record enthusiast, infamous supervillain himself and whatever else job he was doing: the legendary Dr. Nefario.

Using a powerful cloning machine and a single strand of hair from both Jojo and Mel—each containing their DNA—Dr. Nefario successfully created a "clone" that carried traits from them both. And that extraordinary experiment is how Wallie was born.

Being half minion, Wallie grew up at an astonishing rate—in just six months. (A case similar to Jake’s children in Adventure Time.) Now fully matured, he dreams of becoming a villain recognized by all.
