It's so cute.

Lesser Black-backed, Herring and Black-headed Gulls, seas of snake's-head fritillaries, cowslips and my first Small White butterflies of the year were other highlights on lunch time and evening walks at Lakeside today. I've enjoyed having evening walks twice a week for around a month and it was lovely with the clocks having gone forward to have a sunny evening walk tonight with great light for photos to contrast the early and I suppose latter evening walks of the year where it's quite shadowy (which has it's own charm for in and around the winter months for snatching a bit of time out in a peaceful point of the day as it nears its end), today felt like the year going up a notch into the bright times of spring and summer.
