right. what’s worse; willmack willingly stepped out of the same hotel room knowing damn well they look identical—or will sleeping at home and mack at a hotel and they just walked in matched anyways?

As we know, Will and Mack carpooled in together today and yesterday (and many days). They have talked before about listening to music on the way. Will has, according to his apple music, been recently listening to the album "Make it Big" by Wham! The song "Credit Card Baby" is on that album, so we can assume they probably listened to it in the car on the way over.

This is the relevant part of the song that Mack could be singing:

I am fairly sure he doesn't sing the whole verse, it's too fast and just two lines. I think he's singing, albeit very out of tune "you said that you loved me // and baby I believed that too" before turning and smiling at Will, who is already smiling.
