Playing tribute to the Walker Art Center's British Arrows Awards for December, Gather has a new British inspired menu (crafted by our very talented Chef Josh Brown)! Stop by Gather at the Walker Art Center during our extended restaurant hours starting December 11th through December 27th from 5 pm to 9 pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Enjoy some jolly good dishes including:

Scotch eggs & mustard sauce:

Knot stock braised short rib, root vegetable hash, knot stock gravy & fried onions:

Red curry Barramundi, rice & herb salsa:

Warm gingerbread pudding, Guinness caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream:

British specialty beers: Hobgoblin Dark English ale, Monty Python Holy Grale, Furthermore Knot Stock and Magner’s cider.

As you explore the museum and enjoy showings of the British Arrows Awards, stop by the Gather by D'Amico lobby for liquid refreshment and snacks at the pop-up Walker Pub.

Get ready! Chef Josh Brown will be rocking the Gather by D'Amico kitchen tonight crafting up complimentary tastings from his British-inspired menu for the month of December. Playing tribute to the Walker Art Center's British Arrows Awards, Gather turns into the Walker Pub with a menu packed with tasty British fare like Scotch Eggs, Fish and Chips and Warm Gingerbread Pudding!

Specialty cocktails include the English Channel, a gin, lime, tonic and sea salt concoction. If British beer is your choice, a fantastic selection awaits you:

Cheers to all who joined us for a fabulous First Thursday tasting at Gather by D'Amico this June with Bob Roepke of Flat Earth Brewing. Guests enjoyed three complimentary tastings of Flat Earth Brewery beer including Angry Planet Pale Ale, Cygnus X-1 Porter, and Ovni French Style.

Before venturing into brewing Bob had explored life has an artist and always had a dream to have his work featured at the Walker Art Center. He commented that having his beer featured at Gather now made this dream come true. If you haven't tried Flat Earth Brewery's Cygnus Porter, it is Bob's favorite and one he highly recommends even in the warm weather months.
