for context i moved and tried again to use their services and since they are the closest pharmacy... should've gone to another place cause GOD

EVERYTHING that could have gone wrong so far:

1- we sent to the one right around the corner and they said they did not do that sort of refill and didnt get any orders

2- my prescriptions would not show up on the app despite my doctor confirming everything with me and me pushing a bit

3- I ordered my stuff, got the delivery option, paid for it... I THOUGHT my problem was solved

4- mysteriously cancelled may order KEEPING my money and when I called a couple days later (their delivery is like 2-3 days) the guy at the pharmacy said they did not have any orders from me but he could place a pickup

now i need the medication, have supposedly a delivery on the way and MIGHT have to pay twice for my shit??? bro

Not enough Staff! Was there a problem? Yeah! THE THING I WANT IS LOCKED UP >:'( and you gave the key (singular) to the cashier who has a line, because they're one of six walgreens employees in all of chicago.

Then I mention that I go to the staples nearby :) whose batteries are unlocked, with several cashiers (plural), and so many employees I was carried around like kuzco.
