Two questions in one ask
1. Is artificial insemination still safe for breeding pokemon of different sizes? Like ribombee and Volcarona
2. You mentioned before that eldegoss are bad parents. Should they also not be crossbred?
1). A lot of the times, yes. Artificial insemination can be a good alternative for pokemon that might cause problems during mating, but sometimes it isn't the best option. My favorite example: female skitty and wailerm/wailord. DON'T. Laying the eggs can cause SERIOUS problems due to the larger size
2). They can be crossbreed, but I suggest that you do it with pokemon of similar behaviours. Jumpluff, Whimsicott, and Cherrim are the best options when it comes to crossbreeding them since they're all absent parents/don't mate for life.
