The last love song on this little planet
(⬆This is the Saikano’s slogan😅)
Shallura is died, ok?… but… the Shiro of the last season is not my Shiro, he was irrelevant in the battle and his participation disappointed me u.u
I like to think that my two favorite characters were reunited after death 💖😍

Voltron has done so much for me;
It helped me develop my style to what it is now
it provided ideas for me to start writing again
i’ve made friends through it
it let me find some amazing artists
I’m really gonna miss it but i’ll never forget it!
Allura was damaged. She was longing for a family and Lance was conveniently there. She never loved him the same way as he loved her. They really deserved a better fate, both of them.
Allura deserved a life, time to heal and adjust
Lance deserved a more important role than just the heartbroken love interest, a fulfilled life free of grief

Voltron was a great show
I’ve been a fan of the series since it’s first season and I can’t begin to describe my love and attachment to the show.
I always loved the art style, even believing the low frame rate kinda made it work and added to the charm. The colors and backgrounds were by far the most stunning aspect of the series. I would often pause to look at the colors and lights of the scenery.
The story was amazing. And while I admit I felt the story got shaky as it was streached thin near the end, I still belive it was an incredible narrative.
My favorite plot point so far was the galra royal family. And overal the galra empires culture I found beyond interesting and the highlight of the show, for me at least.
I loved the characters. They are all so rounded and consistent. No one character is always serious or always funny. They did an amazing job balancing all 7 main characters and then some, which is a feat in itself. I was disappointed when great characters were introduced later in the game because I wanted to see them develop and interact.
My favorite character had changed often throughout the series. At first it was lance, he reminded me of sokka from ATLA and I was fresh out of the emo phase and I wanted to enjoy a character with a more humorous presentation. Then I really enjoyed Keith, this was more rooted in his galra plot point but I also enjoyed his comedic moments the best. Then lotor was introduced. He wasn’t my favorite at first. Lance was my favorite again until season 4, where I then realized that lotor was an amazingly complicated and intricate character. He is still my favorite to this day, though I have to say I wasn’t very satisfied with his ending. But lotor is an incredibly put together character, one that I’ve never seen anything like it in any other show.
The music was really nice but I wouldn’t say it blew my socks off, though at many points the music was perfect, moving and gut wrenching. Scenes like Alfors AI death from crystal venom, lotors rise up the steps from Kral Zera and the end of Keith’s fight w/shiro at the end of The Black Paladins come to mind. But overal the soundtrack was mostly electronic synths, which are a great way to get the 80’s vibe but the instrument dosnt make emotional music very easily.
And lastly I loved how engaging the crew was. Really I’ve never seen a crew do interactive with fans and have so much fun with what they are involved with. And I’m not just talking about the voice actors. The writers and animators were also very active on social media, interviews and cons.
And so I’ll miss voltron a lot. I will probably rewatch the show from years to come and I’m so glad I got to be a fan from beginning to end.
