hinata woke up to an empty space beside him. recalling the events of the night before, he frantically looked for you, from the bathroom, to under the bed,in between the pillows as if you could fit yourself in there and could not find you.  it was a lazy day for the couple after the busy week they had with the countless practice matches that occurred, it was definitely a well earned rest day for the two. he finally makes his way downstairs, only to see you in the kitchen, preparing breakfast for the two of you.

he smiles at the sight of you in his hoodie and sweatpants that were much more over sized on you than it looks on him, humming to both of your favorite song as you cooked. after a while, you finally took notice of his presence and turned to meet his sleepy eyes. he looked a thousand times cuter than he already is in his drowsy state and disheveled hair, looking for you in the morning. 

in his eyes, you looked mesmerizing with the sun seeping through the blinds and shining on you, your honey coated voice humming to the beat as you gracefully moved around the kitchen, that sickeningly sweet smile of yours that could easily give anyone a cavity. he approached you, hugging you from behind and kissing your flushed cheeks.

you definitely wouldn’t mind getting used to mornings like this, as long as it was with him.
