Part 1 Zero sketches!

Sloppy sketch of Ruka, Hanabusa, and Akatsuki bc I felt like drawing them and actually developing them a bit

They’re all cousins, Ruka and Akatsuki are siblings (who do NAHT get married) who are both versed in fire magic while Hanabusa is versed in ice magic. They’re all French in some form but all the night class students use Japanese pseudonyms.

They follow Kaname because Kaname fought or managed to outwit Hanabusa’s father once and was given the option between his possessions or his clan’s servitude. You know what option Kaname picked. Now the next gen is stuck following him.

Hanabusa is more into serving Kaname since he figures that’s what gets him the most benefits and tries to keep his two cousins sane enough bc they need the frighin strength to deal with Kaname’s Machiavellian ass EVERY DAY.

Kaname of course lets them off at some point but he’s still a politician and they aren’t fully let off because it’s Kaname. He isn’t really redeemable so much as he could be more ethical.

Zero pockets sunscreen bc his albino aah cannot go out without it. Or sunglasses. Or a pretentious leather jacket

The sweat and blood is all guys she turned into carrion. She hasn’t eaten candy in 2 years also. She just smells like that

He’s a nomadic hunter he’d smell like roasted meat somewhere. Lily for the small bits of him left behind in the old world

Or maybe Emi just gets sporadically smelling like candy from him
