⁣ Canon EOS 250D | 35mm | 1/125s | f/9 | ISO 100⁣ Taken on 20/05/2021.⁣ ⁣ Liguria is a small but beautiful coastal region in north-western Italy that can show off the best that the country has to offer.⁣ ⁣ It has earned the nickname of the 'Italian Riviera' thanks to its excellent beaches hugged by the mountains.⁣ ⁣ What makes it unique is the mixture of rocky coastline east of Genoa, the 'Levante', and the sandy beaches to the west, the 'Ponente'.⁣ ⁣ I snapped this photo while walking along the 'lungomare' (promenade) from Pieve Ligure to Sori, an unusually secluded area in Liguria but so awe-inspiring with its clear azure blue sea.⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:⁣ ⁣ Take a train from Sestri Levante, Recco or Genova Piazza Principe station to Pieve Ligure.
