Well… I guess somebody needs new eyes 👀.
Here’s another edit I made last year of Olo’eyktan Neteyam. I make these because we’re never going to see him take these mantles.
Please do not repost my edits and use them for yourself or post them elsewhere!
Part (2/?) stuff I'm dedicating to @designtheendless to thank them for their beautiful art of my 101 Dalmatians Meet Cute AU 😭🙏

Gentileschi, Artemisia. Judith Slaying Holofernes. c. 1612-1613
The last flash of artwork in the credits of Mary & George is of a well- depicted moment from the apocryphal Book of Judith.
As the story goes, Judith decapitates the Assyrian general Holofernes, who was laying siege to her town, Bethulia. Judith was a widow, who the general desired to have in his bed, and when he became drunk during his attempted seduction, Judith was able to overtake him and rend his head from his body.
In the first episode of our podcast, we spoke about the meaning of the use of this particular artwork as it relates to Mary & George's themes and its characters. Tune in to hear that discussion and more!
