The Dryce is extremely cozy, inviting, beautiful small hotel with a friendly atmosphere and incredible service. The FOOD TRUCK is parked out back. You can order and sit in the Dryce Bar area or outside on the patio and have cocktails if you choose with you authentic old-school Smash Burger. Catfish Perfection 😋 Hurst, Texas 👨‍🍳 👩‍🍳 Please see all 📸 in post! Trey's Chow Down heard about this old school catfish company that's been around for years slinging perfect catfish and fresh hushpuppies. We took a ride over to chow down and check the Catfish & Company in Hurst on Hwy 121. Soon as we walked in the door they said howdy you ready to eat with a big smile. 😀 I absolutely love great greetings at the door. Being in the restaurant business all my life I've always said: "First Impressions are the most important let them know you're happy to see them!" They sat us down but I noticed how clean the restaurant was as we walked to out table. Our server DARLA had the biggest smile and was so happy to see us. She was beaming with happiness and was one the BEST SERVERS I've encountered in 2 years. She ask us for our drinks and then did the unthinkable! She SAT THOSE FRESH GOLDEN BROWN ALL YOU CAN EAT HUSHPUPPIES AND WHIP SOFT BUTTER RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! DANG IT! 😋 All you can eat? " You better bring me 50 and keep them cooking cause I'm going to demolish 3 to 10 baskets!" 🧺 🤪 We enjoyed the fresh Cajun Catfish and Regular Catfish which was cooked to GBD #GoldenBrownandDelicious. Look 👀 at those photos the catfish was cooked and breaded evenly perfect! The catfish tasted like MORE because MORE is all I wanted after each bite! The fried okra, and shrimp Bombs where also perfect. Absolutely 💯 LOVED OUR DINNER. Catfish & Company receives 20 hats out of 10 a perfect score times 2 because the service and food couldn't have been more perfect.
