If you can believe it, the first conceptualization of this fic was back in February of 2020, and it was a very different fic. It's crazy to think about, but it was pre-pandemic, and I had maybe five Loona fics to my name, some of which are so short I would have just posted them here these days. As a result, I'm really glad I waited until this year to write the fic. I don't think I would have finished it, and I don't think I would have been happy with it if I had attempted it at the time with the plot I had envisioned, which is very different than the fic you can read today:

"Can you give me another?" Haseul panting against her ear, her hips relentless in it's place. Haseul buzzing with energy mainly because she gets to have mind-blowing sex with her best friend, but said best friend whispered "I love you." Which isn't the problem. They've said those 3 words before but never with this context.

It was no secret that these two had a fondness for each other, since day one. Haseul offering to be Kahei's support system, her home away from home. Which bond wise made them pretty close.

Haseul still remembers when she drunkenly confessed to being into both men and women and Kahei just held her hand the whole night, offering comfort since it's clearly been eating away at Haseul for some time. So love wasn't a new concept for either of them.

But having heard Kahei so close to falling apart, chanting her name while bouncing on her lap. Only to fall apart with those words on her tongue. Haseul couldn't even remember if got off or not (she did), as she rolled them over.
