Since the previous associate judges did not replied my complaint, I wrote another Email to [email protected] and [email protected] addressed to associate justice judge Jose Midas P. Marquez to report a corrupt Philippine judge Gidget Rose V. Duque, who where involved of my kidnapping. Do you think that any action will taken or will the Supreme Court continue to cover the corrupt judges up? It's almost passed a year, no action was taken at all.

Dear Jose Midas P.,

I seek your help, because I am victim of kidnapping, orchestrated by Judge Gidget Rose Vertido Duque of Regional Trial Court Pasay, Branch 119, and by Branch Clerk Marie Glenn V. Bitara, Sheriff Leonico K. Gutierrez IV, Criminal Clerk-in-Charge Marah Aurea C. Taymondo, Judge Vladimir Berla S. Daral and Judge Rechie N. Ramos-Malabanan. These individuals falsely accused me of impersonating a lawyer as part of a fraudulent scheme to cover up the kidnapping.

I already got unlawfully convicted, therefore I urgently need your help.

Given the gravity of these acts and their direct role in my unlawful deprivation of liberty, I respectfully but firmly call upon your office to take immediate action by initiating or endorsing the appropriate administrative and disciplinary proceedings against the responsible judge and court personnel. The allegations involve kidnapping, abuse of authority, and a clear miscarriage of justice, which demand urgent investigation by the proper oversight bodies. Any delay places my liberty, safety, and the integrity of the judiciary at further risk.

In fact my Observation is that Pro-United States (US), Anti-China Sentiment is strong here, and the Bangag is using that ultimately to get back at the Duterte and their Supporters. Remember that Cavite was able to kick out China’s involvement at Sangley, even if the Province is now suffering for it.

Still no development on that Airport up to now ever since China was kicked out. The Remulla’s large POGO Hub here was also closed down, I don’t think the Island Cove Area has been the same ever since.

Come to think of it, while Visayan Influencers are thriving, I haven’t seen any major Caviteno or even Luzon Influencer with the same Numbers as those in the Visayas. It looks like the Influencers here are on a tight leash, they simply aren’t allowed to go big as much.

Remember also that Cavite is one of the most Vote-rich Provinces in the Philippines, no wonder the Marcoses sought to get solid control of it.
