Yea streaming is a risky game that’s why most cc’s won’t stay past a certain amount of time and most make blogs out of their visits instead. I you are found to have made a profit from anything while in the US then it turns into a problem. It happens all the time, people get caught doing that and then get deported. People tend to be very surprised when they realize you can get deported on an ESTA stay if you violate something. I believe that’s why George opted to wait for his visa because he would not have been able to make content and profit while in the US.

That’s the misconception with ESTA you are allowed to stream or partake in conferences make business arraignments but you are not allowed to profit or make money based on brand deal in the US. Other streamers are streaming and I’ve noticed don’t stay past a month mark because they eventually have to profit from something it’s their job. Also she has to know some of it because in her chair brand deal she disclosed it was a gift so no profit or income made but she is pushing it and risking it with the other stuff. Also in this climate why risk it. The US and IRS are scary if they feel like you owe them they go after you regardless of how big. When artist aren’t touring in the US it’s because they most likely are not allowed in due to the IRS debt. Trump and his lackey Steven Miller are constantly restricting and changing things or even threatening to take away things like ESTA. It’s a literal nightmare here in the US if you have to deal with any type of immigration issue.

Recently on a stream George talked about visas and he didn't seem to know anything 😭 I think he even had to search his visa type. He's probably just as unaware as her

Im surprised george hasn’t said anything to her tbf maybe he has because I would expect him to know that what she’s doing could get her in trouble, if he hasn’t then yeah she’s probably unaware because technically she can “work” while in the us but as the other anon said it’s very restrictive, if I was her id rethink the passes account because not only is it a us company but it’s headquarters is in miami, also while she’s not publicly saying where she’s at it’s very easy to figure out so her posting stuff that makes it seem like she’s decorating a bedroom for herself in fl is a huge red flag and certainly not the smartest idea, it’s a good thing she doesn’t want a visa because I don’t think she would ever be eligible to get one at this point

The US is really strict regarding the visitor visas. Which include the ESTA. If that’s the type of Visa she has, she is playing a risky game. DHS is notorious for revoking and barring people if you are found to be profiting in the US and in their eyes cheating the US government as you are unable to pay taxes since you are unable to work with that type of visa. They have also barred people with that type of visa for getting sick ending up in the hospital and getting government assisted healthcare which is also a violation. Those are specifically tourist visas only. She also can’t be a green card holder/permanent resident she would have lost it by now. As a green card holder you are not allowed to live outside of the US for more than six months out of the year. If you just come in to do your check in every six months they take it away as its intention is for someone to permanently reside in the US. That specific rule used to not be enforced but since Trump came into office this time around they’ve been taking individuals green cards when they are coming back into the country and not allowing them in if they violate that rule.
