‘Expertise’ being the operative word—he certainly possesses some experience with what she requests, but not nearly enough that he would consider himself a worthy candidate. Either the Deadlock gang finds itself short-staffed- a rather unlikely possibility- or this is some manner of test placed upon him by the bandit leader.

Come to think of it, that is almost certainly the reason for Miss Ashe’s demand; being a ‘new hire’ to her enterprise, and given her very clear standards regarding loyalty, he perhaps should have seen it coming.

And yet.

Straightening his tie, he casts an idle glance around their impromptu meeting area: apart from their small group, naught but a scattered few guards, making their rounds just out of earshot. Appropriate, he supposes.

“Would there not be someone more qualified than myself?”

      SHE’S BOLD UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES – but a few tequila shots down && it only gets worse with her && her confidence. she holds her liquor incredibly well so it’s nothing to her – she’s only nearly buzzed if anything – but she can play the dumb card so well it seems entirely real to those that know little about her.

      it’s not that she doesn’t appreciate the gang leader enough to be so bold without the act – no, she does too much, it’s why she acts stupid so if rejection comes it’s because of that && not for sombra herself. she’s breathtakingly beautiful – the rejection would sting so hard.

       glass is placed down – hands moving first to place near her collarbone, sliding softly up && over her shoulders as the shorter woman leans in. one leg slips to the side of her on the couch at first – followed by the other as she all but sits on her lap. purple lips hold a knowing, playful smirk, fingers of one hand toying with white hair gently – && she wiggles her hips, one hand moving to grab ashe’s own, placing it firmly against her own hip.
