Great question! So I made a quick diagram to showcase how it works and where exactly all these future mews come from!

So as of now, there are 3 generations of mews, the first being the Ancients with Meau and technically Noe. The the Origins including Kasumi and Bucket, considered the “perfect” mew, not as destructively capable as Meau was, but still incredibly powerful. Then them orders day mew, which are much less powerful then either the Origin or Ancient generation, but still a force to be reckoned with in their own right.

However, come the modern generation due to Bucket’s newfound infertility, Meau makes what’s called a Sapling. Think of it like TC’s flower, except the plant itself can produce the mew! She makes them and allows them to grow sparsely all over the world! It’ll only hatch the kit if triggered by another beings presence so the kits don’t just fall out of the plant alone. They can only produce 1 infantile aged mew in their lifespan before dying off and only grow in wild, Pokémon dense areas. These Saplings basically begin producing the bulk of the modern generation in order to ensure Bucket, and subsequently flurry, deca, ody, Circe etc have more of their own species around.

There’s probably not anymore then 100 mews that these sapling produce initially, so the population is small, but grows slowly over time. They become more and more rare after these and only grow in specialized conditions. The 4th generation of mews we’ll likely only have a handful of sapling babys in contrast with biologically born mews. Given mews are asexual reproducers anyhow and don’t require a partner to have a litter. We’ll also see a sapling mew produced that Meau and Noe jointly take care of later on! It’ll be Meau’s last kid given Flurry will be the last one she can produce on her own biologically.

Yeah, she has fractured them mildly in the past, causing not much damage in the beginning, but once she reached a phase just before she broke them completely, her human form was altered slightly too :o! She would have damaged them more and more with pokemon battles with her trainer Rachael.

There is a version of her looking half human half mewtwo as well, but i don't know how comfortable I am to finish and post it because of weirdos on the internet ^^;
