Violet, like these delights is going to be the 3rd book in the Wildflowers of Deliverance series after Blue, like don't forget about me (seriously you have to start with those links so much has changed haha sorry) and it's going to be JO'S POV

I'm so freaking excited about it. I love Jo. It'll be all about her finding out who she is and wants to be as a 30-something adult. She's finally free to do whatever she wants, go wherever she wants and it's exciting and wonderful! Until... well she's never really been lonely before. The opposite really. All she's ever wanted is the freedom to come and go as she pleases without the guilt of leaving her brother alone.

And so for the first time she gets what she wants and she has to reckon with the fact that it doesn't make her happy. It's all about independence and autonomy, but also family and connection. Finding the balance between the two.

It will also take place in Alaska because of this bit here from Blue:

Each chintzy bit and bobble was allegedly selected with [Nash] in mind, but he knows how much pride [Jo] takes in every snow globe, collector coin, figurine, and vase.  Violet  almost  flinched.  There  were  too  many  facets  to  her  reputation.  The  one  she  had  with  the  healers  for  being  broken,  the  one  she  had  with  her  professors  for  lacking  control,  the  one  she  had  with  the  Marked  Ones  for  her  mothers  actions...  Her  brows  furrowed  with  an  pained  expression. Which one exactly had @firehcart heard and absorbed?
