Marcy respects him on a fundamental level, her understanding even rivals Linus's at times. Peppermint Patty has a crush on him and treats him as a worthy competitor in baseball, despite how shit his team is. The Little Red Haired girl is either unaware or reciprocates his feelings (depending on the media). It's implied he has a very good relationship with his dad, who's a barber who takes him to his work. He and Snoopy have a very special bond. And even though she puts him through hell, at the end of the day, Lucy really does respect and like him, after all, she is the one who says the famous line "You're a good man, Charlie Brown".

Yes, Charlie Brown is constantly getting shit on from people like Violet and Patty, the world really does have it out for him when it comes to his dumb luck, and his arguably biggest foe is how little he thinks of himself, which is what sets him up for the most failure in my eyes. But he is not unloved. He is so incredibly loved and surrounded by supportive people, and I think that's something people need to get right about the peanuts universe, that Charlie Brown is loved.
