I’m still struggling to understand why on earth such a glorious first album like this has never been reissued, digitised or even discussed either in its own right or retrospectively, as if it never happened in the first place. As the title suggests, it outlines the inevitable intersection of free jazz, fusion and the no wave movement in the art rock scene from the late 1970s, but thankfully not in a flamboyant way.
