Good evening, Phoenix! We would like you to meet Vincent Williams, a forty-five year old Ireland native. He is currently an agent for the FBI, and is residing in the Arcadia neighborhood. He’s been told he has a striking resemblance to Jeffery Dean Morgan though he doesn’t see it. Fortunately for us, this role is closed.
Vincent moved out of his parents home when he was around twenty years old, to live out his dream of being a musician in New York. Of course, his father was disappointed for his oldest son didn't want to take of the family business. But Vincent was happy to not be in the business for he didn't want to become his father and how he was always money hungry.
His parents divorced when he was about twenty-five, leaving his father having a mid-life crisis and dating a much younger woman. There, he gained two little sisters whom he grew close to. When his father passed away, he took it into his own hands to raise his sisters himself since their mother wasn't in a good place.
While living in New York, he met his wife where the two welcomed twins into the world. He then moved to Arizona after his sisters relocated to the sunny state. It was also a good idea since he was now hiding from the mob that killed his father.

After his father died and his family had witness his fathers death, he testified against the Irish Mob, he was placed under Witness Protection with his family. He had changed his name from Kiran to Vincent. He lived in New York before moving to Arizona to start a new life with his wife, Sydney. He's still terrified the mob will find him and his sisters and kill them.
