SHE LOOKS OVER AT the man standing in the tavern. Diluc wasn’t around tonight. Probably taking care of something. Doing whatever heroes duty he needed to do. She put the banjo to the side of her.

“All music carries meaning, mister.” A nod, offering a small smile. She didn’t see him come in earlier. Although, there’s something and someone that she sees that was near him. Someone that was likely dead. Their spirit lurks but Myra doesn’t say anything per usual.

She also kept everything under wraps. Aside from the music she carries, and among other things. Her Ma always said that things needed to be kept secret. Less she wanted to be hunted down as used like so many others.

And Myra, values her freedom above everything else. Her will to choose.

SHE HEARD SOMETHING about her being here. Although she had just gotten here. Alice, being the one to call her in to help calm the situation down. To think things had rapidly gotten bad in Nod Krai so quickly.

She turns over to her, knowing the situation had escalated if she had been here. So was the Racher of Solnari and her working together? It made sense if things were so unstable. Two Sinners of Khaenri’ah in one area would do that.

“…I had a feeling you would be around, Azrael.” Her eyes narrows at her, “So you and Rerir have joined together in Nod Krai?”

She hadn’t gotten the chance to speak with Rerir and she highly doubts that she will with everything happening. Not as if she would be welcomed. Considering what happened prior to the Cataclysm.

THERE'S NOT A MOMENT where he doesn't see how hard she has been trying. He knows that she has been doing better after they had made amends with one another. He had always seen her for her and not what she had become in order to survive.

He had always thought she was worth it despite it all.

"I know you are, dear." Progress was not as simple as it could often be told. If it wasn't, growth would be much easier to deal with for humans and gods alike in this world.

HE HAD BEEN SCANNING WHAT had been going on with that the House of Hearth's children lurking around Jophiel on there little expedition to Mondstandt. It's a good thing that he had noticed that his subject was getting different ideas in mind than what she had been built for.

"It seems the subject had been getting outside awareness lately." She had the idea that now that she was out of his labs that she can simply change her role and reach her freedom. How naive.

"I am more than aware of what's going on with her, Innamorati. Someone needs to remind her of what her true instincts are supposed to be." It seems Harlequin had taken a liking to her. Almost a little too familiar.

"Harlequin can complain all he wants. I let her go into his ranks, and I can easily take her out of it."

SHE DOESNT REALLY know what to say at first, feeling him holding onto her as if she could disappear again. She embraces him back, still reeling from what happened. Part of her wonders if this was real, still wondering if Dottore’s still around, trying to control the narrative.

“You’re…”

She was still a little delirious from everything going on. She was still paranoid, but he calmed her down.

“You’re here, right?” It’s not Dottore trying to trick her? But she knew Jiyuu dragging her out was real.

It had to be.

“Sorry.” A sigh as she pulls away from him, “I’m still shaken up…don’t know if he’ll pop up again.”

She can at least be a little real with Mateo. Always. Dottore can act like he could give her more than Mateo can but that was just untrue.
