YAY! Home sweet home! I finally finished my new dwelling inside one of the temple's towers in Hytale. Hollowing it out was tough on pickaxes! The whole thing is made of marble cobbles.

It's big enough for three rooms high, plus the mezzanine at the top. So I have my bed at the bottom, the workshop in the middle and all the chests above. It's a bit cramped but everything is accessible from everywhere.

I know the torches don't fit... I wanted to decorate with the "Temple's Lanterns" that you can craft, but my map doesn't have any "Marble". I can only farm "marble cobble". :'( So no pretty lamps for me.

I started to play Hytale, say hello to my little Avatar =^.^=

Hytale is basically an amalgam of Minecraft and Terraria. I did play Terraria a lot an can see the similarities in the world map and in the crafting style.

I am not familiar with Minecraft though so I am really slow at picking up the basic function of the gameplay ><

When you start playing you just pop out randomly into this huge map. I was in a forest clearing, not far from some ruins, so I decided to make my first base there.

But this guy kept respawning every nights, no matter how I tried to change the surface, make sure the house had no holes, or even capture him in a cage. So I'm moving out. I'm right beside a temple, so I'm building something inside the side towers!
