i'm inventing videobooks. distinctly, these are not audiobooks. they don't have audio. that is not what they are for. if they had audio you could just not look at the video and effectively have an audiobook. videobooks are the text of the books, in video form, maybe with some graphics to convey the feeling of the words but not the exact scene, like an audiobook having sound effects alongside the reading. in my head this was a joke like it'd just be a video recording of the pages and it'd be redundant next to like a PDF scan. but as i wrote this out it began to sound cooler and cooler. ok audio is allowed actually, it can be reading or sfx or both, make this an escalation of audiobooks.
