The Kansas City Comets are hosting the Florida Tropics in Game 1 of the Semi-Finals at Cable Dahmer. It’s a boy's night out in our household while my wife and daughter spend an evening out with Grandma and Grandpa having dinner and ice cream. We're so stoked to go. Honestly, I'd given up on going to high profile events a long time ago because they're overpriced and the tickets are insane to get. My life requires me to always be checking my inbox for work opportunities so it's a pain, always being connected. This morning though, what a gift. And often times, these bigger profile events are upper deck but these tickets...I'm truly grateful. I love the Stones because of their place in our history. A sound and voice of many seasons, during the war, civil rights... The Stones have a track in my soundtrack of life as well. A young mischievous boy doing community hours at the local theatre and one of the plays was heavily doused with the Rolling Stones. I was able to treat the horse lovers in our family to a night out watching a horse show featuring Lipizzaners, Arabians, Friesians, Andalusians, and American Quarter Horses doing dressage and other skills.
