Very excited to announce that I’m the new face and tour guide for The City of Homestead Veterans Memorial AR experience. I’ll be filming a few panels about the military’s history in Homestead, the Everglades and the Florida Keys. I’ll be traveling back in time in a futuristic hologram time machine detailing the history going as far back as WW1. • Interesting fact about me that you probably didn’t know. I studied history in college but focused on military history and strategy becoming a hobby of sorts. Talk about full circle! 🙏🏼 (Yes, I’m wearing gray sweats with @ugg slippers. Fine, I’ll admit it. I’m bougie AF. Shhhhh 🤫) • This was my submission after a few days fighting off the nasty flu. Easy line but I flubbed it up quite a few times to the point of frustration. I wasn’t feeling any of the takes. I took a 5 minute break. Relaxed the mind. Came back filmed three back to back to back takes and boom. One of them was “it”. Sometimes we over think these one-liners, because sometimes they’re throw-aways. In my opinion, these are the hardest to deliver.
