La foto no es la mejor, pero la tarta voló sin darme tiempo a hacer una foto mejor 😜 Para Nochebuena preparé esta cheesecake de turrón de Jijona que estaba de vicio 🤤 🔷Ingredientes para una tarta de 10 raciones 🔺Relleno🔹3 tarrinas de queso de untar natural vegano de Violife 🔹5 huevos🔹180gr de turrón de Jijona🔹15gr de harina🔹70gr panela 🔺Base 🔹180gr galletas María integral 🔹80gr margarina 🔺Topping 🔹70gr turrón Jijona🔹30gr nata vegetal (yo usé de avena) 🔶Preparación 🔸Precalentamos el horno a 190grados con ventilador🔸Preparamos la base de la tarta derritiendo la margarina, picando las galletas hasta que quedan hechas harina, mezclamos ambos ingredientes y volcamos la mezcla sobre el molde aplastando bien para que quede apretadito. Reservamos. 🔸Para preparar el relleno mezclamos todos los ingredientes y batimos hasta que nos quede una crema homogénea sin trocitos de nada. Volcamos la mezcla sobre la base que teníamos preparada y metemos en el horno durante 40 min. 🔸Sacamos del horno y dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente durante 4 horas mínimo, aunque debo decir que está incluso más rica al día siguiente porque la crema cuaja más (el centro queda muy cremoso de ambas maneras 👌🏼)🔸Para la preparación del topping mezclamos la nata con 50gr de turrón y batimos hasta que quede bien mezclado. Lo vertemos sobre la tarta y los 20gr de turrón restantes los desmigamos y ponemos sobre la tarta.💫 Lista para ser devorada! 😋

So I'm actually pretty annoyed at WTH and the wildfire of misinformation it spreads. If you've seen the WTF veganism-promoting documentary and it "opened up your eyes", please read this article. https://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2017/7/25/16018658/what-the-health-documentary-review-vegan-diet
The documentary is spreading misleading, one-sided and propagandist information about veganism through guilt tripping, unfinished but concluding editing and literally defaming food without proper argumentation. And let's not mention the poor references and interviewees. It's not even cake batter at this point!
