Just contains frozen strawberries, plant milk, a couple of dates and ice 🌬
Had some good news this morning so things are already good for today! My gym goal today is to cycle to and from the gym and do a 10k interval run on the treadmill (so total 5k run and 5k walk) 🏃🏻♀️

1 banana 🍌
Soy milk 🥛
1 Brazil nut 🥜
2 bunches spinach
2 dates 👫 (jk the dried fruit ones 😪)
3 cubes ice ❄️
Blend up and enjoy! You can’t even taste the spinach very well, considering there are 2 bunches in it, they just give it a nice, subtle flavour.

Enjoy the creamy goodness of homemade vegan milk, free from dairy and preservatives. This milk is perfect for cereals, smoothies, or just sipping on its own.
Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews. 4 cups water. 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put cashews in water for at least two hours or overnight. Rinse and drain the cashews. 4 cups of water should be mixed with cashews until they are smooth. Put the mixture in a bowl after straining it through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Put the milk back in the blender and add the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Mix again until everything is well mixed. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days in a container that can't be opened. Before you use, shake it well.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
