Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews. 4 cups water. 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put cashews in water for at least two hours or overnight. Rinse and drain the cashews. 4 cups of water should be mixed with cashews until they are smooth. Put the mixture in a bowl after straining it through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Put the milk back in the blender and add the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Mix again until everything is well mixed. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days in a container that can't be opened. Before you use, shake it well.
