Heavenly Vegan Meal with Red Rice Sayote and tauge with cubed vegan pork (seitan) in this heavenly delicious souped vegetable meal. It's so good. You need cubed seitan to look like pork cubes, chopped red onions and tomatoes and crushed garlic. Also, tauge (bean sprout) and chopped sayoteWashed the vegetables properly. 1. Fill the casserole with a small amount of zero cholesterol vegetable oil. Then, heat it on the stove. 2. Saute the cubed seitan. Then followed by the crushed garlic, chopped red onion and tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt to taste. 3. Add the chopped sayote and mix. Then, the bean sprout. Mix again. Sprinkle a little more salt, black pepper powder and chilli powder. Mix again. 4. Add a bowl of warm water to make soup. Gently mix. 5. Simmer for a few more minutes to soften the sayote. Serve.
